In 2017, GMFS originated approximately $2 billion in mortgage loans and at year end 2017 it services approximately $6.6 billion in loans.
GMFS Currently originates loans along with Jumbo loans that are eligible to be purchased, guaranteed or insured by:
Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA, and USDA.
